Shipping policy – 2327 HOMMO COSMETICS

At 2327 HOMMO COSMETICS, every order is prepared with care so that it arrives quickly and safely. These terms apply exclusively to deliveries within Spain.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver only within Spain: mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We do not offer international shipping and do not accept orders with a delivery address outside Spain.

2. Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. If additional verification is required, we will notify you by email.

3. Estimated delivery times

  • Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours.
  • Balearic Islands: 3–5 business days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5–10 business days, subject to any applicable customs or tax procedures.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external circumstances, carrier incidents, weather conditions or periods of high demand.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of €39 or more.

For orders below €39, shipping costs are shown and calculated automatically before checkout, according to the destination.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the available tracking information.

6. Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated absence, we may request payment for a new shipment.

7. Unsuccessful delivery

If the carrier cannot complete delivery after the scheduled attempts, the parcel may be returned to 2327 HOMMO COSMETICS. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment or the corresponding refund, deducting any transport costs incurred where applicable.

8. Damaged or tampered parcel

If your order arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@2327hommocosmetics.com.

To process the incident, we may request photographs of the packaging, shipping label and affected products.

9. Changes or cancellation

We can only change or cancel an order if it has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at info@2327hommocosmetics.com.

10. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may be subject to specific taxes, charges or procedures. Any amounts due under the applicable regulations are the recipient's responsibility.
